He came to Badia Hand To Shoulder Ctr from Cayman Islands in order to undergo the arthroscopic repair shown here. He was doing well until 3 months after surgery when he sustained a hyperabduction injury to the same arm while standing on a boat and a boat wake forced him to hold onto a mast to keep from falling. This caused re-injury which was successfully treated as a revision SLAP repair.
