El nadador de las Islas Caimán Shaune Fraser, dos veces olímpico, ganó la medalla de plata de los 200 m estilo libre en los XVI Juegos Panamericanos poco después de haber pasado por una operación de muñeca en Miami y una intensa rutina de fisioterapia de vuelta a casa, en Gran Caimán. Shaune sufría un crecimiento anormal en la mano, por lo que fue remitido al Dr. Badia. Hoy Shaune no tiene ningún crecimiento y ha vuelto a nadar.

Cayman Islands two-time Olympian swimmer Shaune Fraser won the Silver medal for the 200 m free style at the XVI Pan American Games shortly after having gone through wrist surgery in Miami and intense physiotherapy routine back home in Grand Cayman.
Shaune suffered from an abnormal growth in his hand, he was referred to Dr. Badia. He was diagnosed with a carpal boss. Today Shaune is pain free and back to swimming.
