English 70 year old female 5 years after left thumb basal joint replacement to correct zig-zag deformity and pain as seen still in right uncorrected thumb. Patient presented now to have same procedure done in right hand. Xrays show compariston of arthritic with replacement arthroplasty of thumb basal joint.
