Our Patient Bruno was hit by a car while cycling in Miami and suffered a clavicle fracture. Today he is 6v months post his procedure and is ready to compete for the iron man in Kona.
Clavicle fractures can be categorized into three main types:
Midshaft Fractures: These are the most common type, occurring in the middle part of the clavicle.
Distal Fractures: Located near the shoulder, these fractures affect the outer end of the clavicle.
Proximal Fractures: These fractures occur near the sternum, affecting the inner end of the clavicle.
