Regaining the stability of a joint vital for sports requires surgical precision and an absolute commitment to rehabilitation. At just eight weeks after his surgery, Robert shows us the excellent results of a shoulder arthroscopy to repair the labrum, the fundamental cartilage structure that keeps the head of the bone firmly within its socket.
During this minimally invasive procedure, Dr. Alejandro Badia used three small anchors to stabilize the patient’s shoulder. Today, Robert reports an exceptional recovery: he has regained an excellent range of motion, pain is minimal, and most importantly, he can finally sleep at night without discomfort.
After completing his initial phase of physical therapy directly in Miami, Robert is preparing to return home. His rehabilitation will continue in his home country with local specialists, maintaining close communication and remote supervision from Dr. Badia to ensure he regains the necessary strength and can return to his sport very soon.
